Updating bathroom fixtures is one of those projects that looks simple on the box and gets complicated the moment you're under the sink. The fittings don't line up. The shutoff valve won't fully close. The old caulk is fused to the deck. Fixture installation cost depends on what's being swapped, what state the existing connections are in, and whether the supply lines and shutoffs are in working order. A straightforward faucet replacement with working valves and accessible connections is a much faster job than one where the angle stop hasn't moved in fifteen years or the drain assembly is corroded past salvaging. Material and fixture choices don't change our labor, but the condition of what's already there does. Fixtures We Install and Replace
One visit can cover more than one fixture, which is usually more efficient than scheduling separately.
Faucets
Kitchen and bathroom faucets, including single-handle, two-handle, and pull-down styles. We disconnect the old unit, clear the deck, set the new faucet, and test for leaks before we leave.
Showerheads and Tub Spouts
Corroded threads, stripped nipples, and diverter issues all come with the territory. We handle the removal without cracking the tile surround and get the new fixture properly seated and sealed.
Toilets
Full toilet replacements, including wax ring, supply line, seat, and shutoff valve inspection. If the flange is damaged, we'll tell you before we set the bowl, not after.
Supply Lines and Shutoff Valves
Old braided steel lines and stuck angle stops are a flood waiting to happen. We replace both when we're already in the cabinet, because cutting corners there isn't a corner worth cutting.
Garbage Disposals
Swap-outs on existing mounting assemblies or fresh installs on a double-basin sink. We connect the drain, test the unit, and confirm the reset switch is accessible before wrapping up.
Bathroom Accessories
Towel bars, toilet paper holders, and grab bars mounted properly into studs or with the right anchors for tile. These aren't heavy work, but they're worth doing right so they don't pull out of the wall.

Assess Before Touching Anything
We check water supply shutoffs, drain condition, and the existing connections before any fixture comes off. Problems found here get discussed with you, not discovered mid-job.

Remove the Old, Prep the Surface
Old caulk, corroded fittings, and mineral buildup all get cleaned up properly. The surface the new fixture mounts to needs to be right, or the install won't hold the way it should.

Install, Test, and Confirm
Every fixture gets tested under pressure before we put our tools away. If there's a drip, we find it on-site, not on your ceiling two weeks later.

Scope We Handle and Scope We Don't
Fixture installation is a clearly defined scope. Here's where the lines are.

Fixture swap on existing supply and drain lines
Removing an old fixture, prepping the connection points, and installing the new one on existing rough-in plumbing. This is the core of what we do.

Supply line and shutoff valve replacement
Replacing braided or plastic supply lines and angle stop valves at the point where the fixture connects. This is part of the fixture scope, not a separate plumbing job.

Minor drain work at the fixture level
P-trap swaps, basket strainer replacements, drain assembly installs. These are fixture-level tasks that come with the install.

Not included: rough-in plumbing changes
Moving supply lines, cutting into walls to relocate drain stacks, adding new drain rough-in where none exists, or any work that requires a licensed plumbing permit. That's a different scope, and we'll say so upfront.
